How do I request a quote?

You can request a quote through our Contact page, WhatsApp, or by visiting our office directly with your artwork or requirements. We usually respond within 24 hours.

Do you offer design services if I don't have artwork?

Yes! Our in-house graphic design team can create your artwork from scratch based on your ideas, or refine artwork you already have.

What file formats do you accept for printing?

We accept PDF, AI, EPS, PSD and high-resolution JPEG/PNG files. For best results, we recommend print-ready PDF files with a minimum of 300dpi resolution.

How long does an order take?

Turnaround time depends on the size and type of job. Business cards and small print jobs typically take 1-3 working days, while large-format and branding projects may take longer. We will always give you a clear timeline before starting.

Do you deliver outside Accra?

Yes, we deliver nationwide across Ghana. Delivery fees and timelines vary depending on your location.

Can you handle large corporate rebranding projects?

What payment methods do you accept?
